A team member had the favor of having the time to focus on reaching out to a list of perspective clients. Usually the list is not very fruitful and put off by the staff. She felt that it was important to prioritize this list the past month. She started calling and reaching out to the people on the list and had the most responses in her 13 years at her workplace! She has already seen the fruit from the list with the addition of four new clients.
