Increased Favor

A team member shared that God has been pouring out His favor over him at work. He is a manger for a store and is in charge of scheduling as well as other day to day duties. This past week he was challenged with an employee needing to take unexpected time off which caused him to need to fill their schedule for the month. He decided to not jump ahead and to just focus on filling the shift for the next day, however after making a few phone calls in less than a half hour he had the whole month's schedule filled. The favor kept going.  Another employee called out with only a few hours notice. He called the employee to just talk with them and without any persuasion but just honest and brave communication the employee came in to work their scheduled shift. The favor has continued and the team member shared multiple other stories of God just giving him the words to say that has given him favor with other employees in his store as well!
