Praying Consistently for My Company

I have been praying for my company on a more consistent basis since I started HIB in August 2014. It has changed my work ethics and I have implemented new procedures on evaluating the employees under me. Instead of the typical fluff sandwich of a review ‘good, weakness, good’ I am now providing love, godly love. I pray for each employee everyday and I share it with them. I give them inspiration that God shares with me along with a more transparent me.
The feed back I have received from my employees is that they enjoy coming to work, that they never experienced a boss who treats them like we are all on the same level and they feel respected which makes them want to work so much harder.
I’ve been blessed to be able to pray with our customers for their needs and now I have one employee who is beginning to do the same thing.
Along with praying for the employees and their families, I’ve been praying specifically for our charge-back rates to be lowered. Last week a colleague in our accounting department reached out to me and asked me if I was having any issues with a particular merchant account, as he’s finding that his exporting of chargebacks are coming back empty. I told him I was experiencing the same thing and also shared with him that is one of the specific things I’ve been praying about, no chargebacks as well as that each of our affiliates, merchant banks, owners and processors prosper financially. We aren’t quite at 0% on charge-backs but we are down by approximately 25% compared to last August.
