Sold in a Day!

A HIBSJ  member found out her pool needed a new liner, but that was just not in her family's budget this year.   A fellow team member kept declaring there would be checks in the mail and that she would be able to get the liner this summer. The HIBSJ member no longer actively works in the real estate industry, but has kept her license active. Her neighbor asked her if she would want to list their home for sale. The first day the member put up the for sale sign she received multiple calls. The first caller came the next day to see the house and made an offer. The house is under contract to sell next month! God cares about all things and our words are powerful!
